  Susan has done a great job for us in a challenging situation. We had a bad experience with another broker and decided to basically start the process all over. Susan provided us clarification on our options at the same time provided some missing information on the dental plans as well as the impacts of healthcare reform. We are making the transition to individual coverage from group coverage during a time when healthcare reform is resulting in many changes to coverage options and inclusion and exclusion rules. My questions were clearly and factually answered. Susan is understanding, provides guidance and is very willing to help in any way. I look forward to a continued relationship with Susan to address my family's medical insurance needs. It is refreshing to see customer service is alive and well, especially when dealing with the sensitive subject of medical insurance. Let's face it, the insurance companies only want to insure folks in perfect health. It takes customer service to make the whole process palatable!
