  If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, realtor that is able to deal with difficult clients Dean Yocum is your next realtor. I am very picky. I know what I want and I expect it. He was never frustrated by my request. He was excellent in helping entertain our two young daughters during the multiple, multiple showing we went on. Which is a quality that most people do not posses. He deemed them both his assistants, by giving them each a job to do at each showing. He made every effort to help us find the house that was perfect for us when we were in a time crunch. He made sure that we understood every process and gave sound advise to keep us for losing money. His negotiation skills are top notch. He went above and beyond what we ever expected. His knowledge of home construction was also, a huge bonus. Giving advise on what granite and basement finishing will cost. When we are ready to sell the gorgeous home he helped us purchase, he will be our first call.

  Dean was great to work with and did an excellent job selling our home. It was on the market only 1 day before we began getting offers over our asking price. In fact, our home sold for more than any other home in our townhome community. Dean is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He helps clients understand the real estate process and does everything possible to make the transaction go smoothly. In our case, he went above & beyond the call of duty. We highly recommend him to others selling their homes.

  Choosing Dean as our realtor was the BEST decision we made!!! We had a property to sell and we wanted it sold pronto as every month it was unoccupied was money directly out of our pockets. Dean met us the day after our first call and we got immediately down to business. Unfortunately our most recent tenants in the property treated it less than desirably, there were things that needed to be repaired, carpet needed to be replaced, the entire place needed to be repainted. Dean held our hands and pointed us in the direction we needed from phone numbers to paint colors. A really awful situation became as painless as possible with Dean on our side. Dean is a "Jack Of All Trades", with our busy schedules, we couldn't get into the property to fix many of the items that were broken and mistreated. Dean, without missing a beat, took care of EVERYTHING!!! He was so wonderful, I would use him again and again and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you so much Dean for everything!!!!
